Scholarship Eligibility

The eligibility requirements for the Utrecht University Fully Funded Scholarships 2024 are given following:

1. Applicants must not possess an EU/EEA passport or PR and not be allow help under the Dutch system of study expense and debts.

2. Candidates must have completed a secondary school and/or undergraduate degree outside of the Netherlands.

3. Candidates must be top 10% of their graduating class by showing a letter or a class-level certificate.

4. Candidates must have applied for the allowed master’s degree program at the university.
